Volunteer with Rip City Comedy Fest

Venue Managers: up to 4 positions (must have prior experience in event production or management)

Duties include: Managing operations at assigned venue, including show facilitation, guest experience, oversee merchandise booth, and talent relations, will coordinate with festival producers, venue assistants.

Assistant Producers: up to 4 positions 

Duties include: Assisting Venue Manager with execution of required tasks including managing stage time for performers (giving the light), overall timeliness of event, and efficiency of room flips/transitions, and providing general assistance where issues may arise at venue

​

General Support Staff: Ushers/Security/Guest Experience up to 20 positions 

Duties include: Assisting with artist check-in, wristband/vip badge pick up, vendor support, merchandise sales, crowd control during events, efficient guest seating and departure, assisting in resetting room between shows, providing security for green room entrance/exist, checking wristbands

Greenroom Concierge: up to 5 positions (OLCC permit required)

Duties include: Interacting with and accommodating needs of performing talent and guests at main stage venue in both green room and restricted access lounge (The Get Down)

Transportation: up to 5 positions (valid drivers license, vehicle, and proof of insurance required)

Duties include: Operating on set schedule for talent pick up and transportation from hotel to venue, and between venues to accommodate multiple shows.
